YOU CAN RETURN FOR EXCHANGE ANYTHING FOR ANY REASON - ALMOST. Items you want to return must be returned within twenty days of the original purchase date given on the invoice enclosed with your order. There is a 10% restocking fee for anything returned after twenty days. No returns are accepted 30 days beyond the purchase date. Returns received without this paperwork will slow down your return, and may cause confusion and cost you a fee. We do not pay return shipping back to us. No returns on used personal care items Returns must be received in their original packaging. Clothing must not be soiled or laundered. Bolts of fabric must come back as one complete piece. WHAT TO DO IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGE Damages must be reported within five business days in order to process the appropriate claims and send out replacements in an efficient manner. Do not discard the original shipment box/envelop or its packaging. Do note any damages to the exterior of the box on the invoice received with the package, and highlight all damaged items. We typically ask for photos of the damaged to be emailed or text to us. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN The easiest way for you to return something is to send the item(s) back along with a copy of the Africa Imports Return Form filled out. If you don't see a copy of this form inside of your order/box, you can download a copy of it here. We can process an exchange, send out a replacement of something else, or leave a store credit on your account for a future order NO REFUNDS! EXCHANGE ONLY!
